tq VIP — Five-Tier Rewards and Weekly Cashback
The tq VIP program is designed for players who play regularly and want extra benefits in their account every week. From Bronze to Diamond — five tiers of increasing weekly cashback and exclusive perks are waiting for you.
Increasing Benefits Across Five Tiers
The tq VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate increases at each tier. Below are the names of each tier and the maximum cashback rate.
How Cashback Works
Each week, your net loss — total losses minus total winnings — is calculated, and a percentage based on your VIP tier is credited to your account as cashback. This means if your net loss for a week is zero or you are in profit, no cashback applies for that week.
Cashback is not meant to encourage you to play more — it is a weekly recognition for regular players. If you follow responsible gaming practices, cashback works as an added benefit within your normal budget.

How to Move Up to a Higher Tier
Moving up in tq VIP is not complicated. The more regularly you play and stay active across tq's various game categories, the greater your chances of advancing to a higher VIP tier. There is no specific deposit amount or turnover requirement — overall activity and consistency are what matter.
-
Stay Regularly Active
Participate in your preferred game category — slots, live casino, or sports — on a regular basis each week.
-
Play Across Different Categories
Instead of sticking to just one category, play across multiple categories — this makes your overall activity appear more engaged.
-
Maintain Consistency
Playing consistently without long breaks increases your chances of moving up to a higher tier.
-
Use Promotions
Take advantage of offers like weekly reloads, slots festivals, or cricket promotions — these help boost your balance and extend your playtime.

Cashback Is Not a Reason to Play More
The cashback benefit of the tq VIP program is given as recognition of players' regular participation — but it should never be a reason to spend more time or money than planned. Going beyond your budget in hopes of earning cashback is not the right decision.
Always set a budget based on what you can afford and stay within that limit. tq believes that entertainment stays healthy when it is kept under control. Read our responsible gaming guidelines to learn more.

VIP Benefits Apply to Any Game
The cashback from the tq VIP program is not limited to one specific game category. Whether you spend time on slot games or take part in live casino — your cashback is calculated on your overall net loss at the end of the week.
The slots section features games from top studios such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and JILI. The live casino offers table games from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. From cricket betting to fishing games — VIP members receive benefits according to their tier across all sections.
VIP benefits are fully available through the tq mobile app as well. The tq App is available on both Android and iOS, and all VIP benefits remain active when you log in to your account there.
