1 Introduction and Eligibility

By accessing tq's website, mobile application and all related services, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any condition, please stop using the service.

These terms form a legally binding agreement. They define the relationship between tq and you — the registered user. tq reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any change will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Membership and Eligibility Requirements

To create an account on tq, you must meet the following requirements:

You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
You must be a resident of Bangladesh and hold a valid proof of identity.
Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, those accounts will be closed and any stored funds may be forfeited.
All information provided at registration must be accurate, truthful and up to date.
Your account password and login details must be kept strictly confidential. If you share this information with any third party, full responsibility lies with you.

2.1 Identity Verification

tq may verify a user's identity at any time. A copy of a national ID, passport or birth certificate may be requested for this purpose. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete. This is not a penalty — it is a standard process to keep the platform secure.

2.2 Account Closure

If tq suspects fraudulent activity on an account, or if a user violates these terms, tq reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close that account without prior notice.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Financial transactions on tq can be made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Transactions below these limits will not be processed.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, if additional verification is required, it may take a little longer.

3.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
Funds deposited from a third-party account will be returned and the associated account may be placed under review.
Once a deposit is successful, the balance will be added to your account immediately.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Account identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
Withdrawals are generally sent to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

tq's welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount, meaning the bonus must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus giving a balance of ৳2,200; the wagering requirement to fulfil is ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

The bonus cannot be treated as cash. Any funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.

4.1 Other Promotional Offers

Each promotional offer on tq has its own terms and conditions. The tq Weekly Reload Gift, tq Slots Festival Bonus, tq Cricket Offer, tq Birthday Special Reward and tq Refer a Friend promotion each have separate wagering requirements and minimum deposit amounts.

An offer may not be claimed more than once unless the offer's description states otherwise.
Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
If tq determines that a user is abusing the bonus system, tq reserves the right to cancel that bonus.
All bonus offers must be used within a specified time period. Once expired, a bonus will be cancelled automatically.

4.2 VIP Programme

tq's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — starting from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond. Weekly cashback is a percentage of the total net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Specific conditions apply to claim VIP tier benefits and these will be communicated on the platform.

5 Betting Rules and Game Rules

The following rules always apply when placing bets on tq:

Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless tq determines that the bet was accepted incorrectly due to a technical error.
tq's decision on the outcome of any result is final. For any dispute, please contact the tq support team.
Any bet placed by exploiting a system error will be considered void.
tq reserves the right to investigate if unusual betting patterns are detected.

5.1 Casino Games

The tq casino section offers a variety of games including live casino, slots and fishing games. Each game has its own rules which should be reviewed before starting. 5.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on cricket, football and other sports. Internationally recognised rules are followed when determining bet outcomes. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the stake for that match may be refunded or settled according to the relevant rules.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tq platform:

Fraud, deception or any dishonest attempt to gain winnings.
Using automated software, bots or any other method to manipulate the system.
Secretly coordinating with other users to influence the outcome of bets.
Using tq's content or data without permission for personal or commercial purposes.
Operating an account on behalf of a minor or by concealing one's identity.

Involvement in any of the activities listed above will result in permanent account closure, possible forfeiture of stored balance and legal action if necessary.

10 Limitation of Liability

tq makes every effort to maintain the quality of its platform. However, tq will not accept responsibility in the following situations:

Loss caused by internet connectivity issues or problems with the user's device.
Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence or carelessness.
Delays in transactions due to disruptions in third-party payment providers' services.
Service interruption due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war or government restrictions.

In any situation, tq's maximum liability is limited to the amount the user has deposited with tq at that time.

11 Changes to Terms

tq reserves the right to partially or fully change these terms and conditions at any time. If a significant change is made, users will be notified as appropriate — via a notice on the login page or by email. Continued use of the service after any change will be taken as consent to the updated terms.

12 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
